Nethomes UK

Day 1

• Meeting with the Nethomes UK consultant, discussion on your requirements and budgets, assessment of suitable locations and properties.

• Consultant provides an overview of how the area meets your requirements

• You are shown particulars on a range of suitable re-sale and/or off-plan properties

• Inspection visits planned

• First viewings made

• Relevant parts of the area shown to you in between viewings including visit to local supermarket for provisions

• Exploration of local restaurants for evening meal.

 Day 2

• Meeting with the Nethomes UK consultant to gauge any changes in your views or requirements following the first day's inspections

• Programme of visits planned in accordance with your modified requirements

• Further viewings of properties and inspections of the area

• Revisits to properties already seen if necessary

• Shopping trip or sightseeing if you request

• Evening meal or entertainment advice provided

 Day 3

• Meeting with the Nethomes UK consultant to discuss your requirements for the remainder of the visit

• Revisits to properties previously viewed or further visits to different properties

• If you are close to making a decision then a revisit to the chosen property

• If you find your ideal property then arrangements will be made to pay the appropriate deposit and complete pre-purchase contracts.

• You will be taken to a local bank to open an account with English speaking advisers

• You will also be taken to an English speaking Solicitor who will undertake the legal checks and processes and can act on your behalf during the purchase of the property.

• You will be taken with a translator to a Notary to grant the Solicitor Power of Attorney.

• Celebratory evening meal or return to the airport if not staying a fourth night.

 Day 4

• Return to the airport
